Yohei Norimatsu

Yohei Norimatsu, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, A.T. Still University. During summer 2019, he is visiting ASU for a collaboration on his NIH-funded project R15GM124623 Atomic-Scale Refinement of CFTR and TAAR1 Molecular Models for the Study of Drug Binding.

Interests

He combines whole-cell and single-channel electrophysiological recording with molecular modeling and molecular dynamics simulation to investigate function of ion channels and G protein-coupled receptors. His interest includes CFTR, TAAR1 and the µ-opioid receptor.
