Shujie graduated with a PhD in Physics from ASU in May 2023. In Beckstein group, he worked on simulation of zinc binding to the YiiP transporter membrane protein. He also participates in the development of pmda, the parallel algorithms for MDAnalysis.
Yohei Norimatsu, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, A.T. Still University.
Ricky graduated from ASU in December 2023 with a Ph.D in Physics. His main work was investigating protein-lipid contacts in coarse-grained MD and developed a Bayesian framework to analyze the data.
