Lawson Woods graduated with a BS in Computer Science from ASU in Fall 2024. He joined the lab in Spring 2024 to build a molecular dynamics trajectory format capable of reading and writing directly to cloud storage as an MDAKit for MDAnalysis and has since be involved in multiple projects to stream molecular data.
Leah is a graduate student at ASU who joined the group in Spring 2023 for a project focusing on simulating the behavior and function of membrane transporter proteins via chemical kinetic and stochastic simulation methods.
Shujie graduated with a PhD in Physics from ASU in May 2023. In Beckstein group, he worked on simulation of zinc binding to the YiiP transporter membrane protein. He also participates in the development of pmda, the parallel algorithms for MDAnalysis.
