Lipidbook is a public repository and database for force field parameters with a special emphasis on lipids, detergents, and similar molecules that are of interest when simulating biological membranes.

Most of the code that we are writing and using is accessible through the lab web pages. However, there are odds and ends and small pieces of code that barely justify a web page of their own. Typically, such code can be found in the Becksteinlab GitHub repository

Some older code is also available in orbeckst’s GitHub repository, and some very old code might still be on the SBCB Software page (although most of it should also reside on GitHub)
